Arrival At Jeddah (Hajj Terminal)

IMPORTANT
Please Read It Carefully
STEP 1

At Jeddah airport male and female pilgrims are made to sit in separate rooms before called for immigration. After immigration you go through the customs for luggage clearance. [Processing time 6+hrs please be Patient]

STEP 2

At this time the crew will load your luggage on large trolleys. If you would rather keep your luggage with you. Then Proceed to Step 3. Or if you want to put your luggage on the large trolley then either designates one person from your group to follow the trolley or you may follow the trolley to make sure where your luggage is being held.Then alternate between your group to make sure that everyone gets to complete step 3.
THIS IS A PERFECT TIME to make sure to KEEP YOUR PASSPORT AND TICKETS WITH YOU in a carry on or purse that will be with you at ALL TIMES.

STEP 3

Outside of the customs area, the workers of the Unified Agents Office will detach Mau’alim fee check (which we have attached at the last page of your passport). And will attach stickers for transportations..
THIS IS A PERFECT TIME- to get your Dollar$ changed to Riyals. These guys love the NEW DOLLAR BILLS take them with you for better exchange rate.Old will be good but for the regular exchange rate.

STEP 4

Go to Saudi Arabian Airlines check in counter and show them your Jeddah-Madinah ticket and they will issue you a boarding pass and check in your luggage. You and your luggage will be boarded per flight schedule. Since, they have shuttle flights running every hour to Madinah.Remember to advise us of your flight # and departure time by calling one of the numbers below:

This is so we may ensure our meet and greet personal are available at the airport to greet you or the group.

STEP 5

Upon boarding the flight to Medinah, your passports will be collected. When you arrive at medina airport proceed to Baggage Claim and collect your luggage and upon exiting Airport doors, Madinah Airport workers will give youa card or token with your “Locker Number” where they will store your passport!...
IMPORTANT! DO NOT FORGET TO COLLECT the “Token” or “Card” with your PASSPORT LOCKER NUMBER.BEFORE EXITING AIRPORT or MISPLACE THIS CARD.YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN YOUR PASSPORT…SO this card will take your passports place while in Madinah.

Wait for our staff, outside the airport, if you choose or you may get a Taxi outside the airport and show your “Hotel Info card” enclosed in your package.WE WILL PAY THE CAB FARE UPON ARRIVAL at the hotel.
LUGGAGE LOST? – Please submit your complaint at the Baggage counter of the respective airport where you discovered this problem.
