Documents Required for Hajj
1. Original Passport (with 2 empty pages and valid till at June 2008)
2. Color Copy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or U.S Re-Entry permit.
3. H1 - Visa Holder- a copy of your H1 or Work & Re-Entry Permit.
4. Visa application with four [4] photographs (on a White Back ground with applicant’s name on back of each photo).
5. Medical Card stapled / inserted to the passport
(Meningitis shot is good for 3 years)
6. Copy of Marriage Certificate* for Couples.
7. Copy of Birth Certificate* for the children (*6 & *7 are required if Last Names on the passport are different)
8. New Muslims who have not changed their names on their passport are required to submit a statement in writing from their local Islamic center validating their conversion.
9. A pre-paid return airway bill a carrier of your choice must be included for securely returning your processed documents to you.

1. Passport Valid for at least 6 months with 2 empty pages.
2. Color Copy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or U.S Re-Entry permit.
3. H1 - Visa Holder- a copy of your H1 or Work & Re-Entry Permit.
4. (3) Three Passport Size Photos with WHITE background. (with applicant’s name on back of each photo)
5. Vaccination record for Meningitis. (This shot is good for 3 years)
