Terms & conditions:
-Balance should be paid in full 60 days before departure.
-Hajj Visa fees, designated by the Saudi government, is payable in Saudi Riyals
through Bank Drafts. Please contact the office for details on this year’s Hajj Visa fees.
- If you want us to take care of your domestic flight reservations within the Canada,
please let us know with your initial request so we can make the arrangements.
- Once you have indicated your departure date, no changes are allowed.
- Once you make a reservation, you will be contacted with a confirmation of your
reservation, whether by email, fax, or mail (within 5 business days). Once we receive
your deposit/payment for your reservation, you will be receiving a confirmation letter,
invoice and visa application. You can then fill out the visa application and return it by the
due date, along with your passport and other requirements as indicated in the list above.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AN ESTIMATION OF RECEIVING YOUR FINAL PACKAGE
WITH THE VISA AND ALL DOCUMENTS IS THE SECOND WEEK OF
DECEMBER. IF YOU PLAN ON LEAVING EARLIER TO ANOTHER
DESTINATION PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INFORM US TO PROVIDE YOU WITH
YOUR PACKAGE EARLIER.
